When I entered my new position, I had a toolbox full of learning gained throughout the program. Little did I know that I would use these tools daily. Thank you IMPACT.

The Impact Fellowship is the hardest, most rewarding experience of my life. The internship projects and coursework has given me the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to be a teacher leader with confidence.

Through hands-on, engaging experiences, the IMPACT Arkansas Fellowship has provided me a deep understanding of leadership and a family of leaders I will continue communicating with beyond the program.

The IMPACT Arkansas Fellowship has developed my ability to confidently support and lead adult learners and deepened my understanding of how to meet student needs to improve student outcomes.

I am forever grateful for the IMPACT Arkansas Fellowship! The coaching, networking, and reflective practices within the program are beyond compare. I have developed the confidence and leadership skills necessary to support adults and students in our learning journey together!

The IMPACT Arkansas Fellowship has provided me the knowledge, skills, and support to become an effective teacher leader. Because of this program, my self confidence has grown tremendously.

IMPACT has given me the tools and confidence to be an effective mentor. IMPACT gave me the support I needed to believe that I could lead, mentor, and support our students and teachers. IMPACT was more than a college class, it was an immersive learning experience that built us into better educators.

The IMPACT Arkansas Fellowship has inspired and challenged me to reflect and grow as a leader to support our students. The IMPACT Arkansas Fellowship also allowed me to develop a network of influential leaders across the state who are passionate about student growth and achievement.

The IMPACT Arkansas Fellowship has improved me as a person and educator. To be a leader takes time, understanding, confidence, and, most importantly, a “why” to their actions. IMPACT Arkansas has helped my “why” become my focus.

The IMPACT Arkansas Fellowship has provided me with support and guidance that has worked to develop and improve my leadership skills. The one-on-one coaching sessions provided first hand experience in self-reflection which has helped me to grow as an agent of change in and for education.

The Impact Arkansas Fellowship has been a crucial part of my leadership growth. I have learned how to lead people by coaching them toward their goals. I have gained a network of colleagues that I will be able to reach out to for help and advice. The Impact program will influence my leadership style for the remainder of my career.

IMPACT leaders don’t just learn about effective school leadership; they practice it.

IMPACT has been an amazing experience to support my growth.

The IMPACT program transformed me from being a teacher who wanted to make positive change to a leader who takes action. The program provided me with the support and relevant training to be an effective leader for students and adults.

IMPACT has sharpened my skills as a leader and a teacher. The support I have received in this program is unlike any other. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

The IMPACT program equipped me with tools to become a more confident, effective leader. Instructional coaches instilled in me the importance of self-reflections and having a growth mindset. I am grateful for the experience and connections that will last a lifetime.

Being a part of the IMPACT Arkansas Fellowship has allowed me to gain an amazing group of mentors, fellow leaders, and most of all friends. I have learned not only how to become a more effective leader but also how strong I am. I am so thankful for the IMPACT Arkansas Fellowship and the opportunities it has given me.

The IMPACT Arkansas Fellowship has given me the opportunity to grow professionally while building dynamic leadership skills. As a result, I have become a more confident leader knowing that affecting a positive change for my students, first begins with the adults.

I didn’t know how much I needed to grow until I was in IMPACT. I learned to have the hard conversations, listen to learn, and reflect in my growth as a leader.
